I want to buy a Mac, but before I hand out $1300 I'd like to know if there is a way to test one out for a few minutes before I buy it or even an world wide web simulation…anything? There are no local Mac dealerships, closest one around me is about an hour or two away.

do you drive. For $1,300 I would drive the hour to an APPLE store. They love to have people test drive the macs.

My 2 macs have been a joy for 3 years now.

My 9 windows machines with 4 flavors of windows–not so joyful.

My ibm geek-boy husband has noticed that I never suffer through anything with my macs.

This might be the year he abandons windows.
