I did a recovery. When i restarted my personal it goes to a black screen reading that windows did not end properly last time and that wouuld i like to restart normally, in safe mode, safe mode with networking…etc. if i click ANY of these my computer looks like its going to begin up then a blue screen flashs very swiftly and it makes a beep then brings me back to the black screen.

i had norton antivirus up to date on my personal, even tho im assuming this is a virus. would anything happen if i put my norton disc in the personal?

i don’t have the recovery discs. i dont know where they are. i dont know what to do and im thinking that i may have to pay to have my computer fixed. even then i dont know how they’ll be able to do it with out the dics.

any help?

Answer:
Congratulations, you got the blue screen of death. The first thing you need to do is get a complete set of recovery discs. You will need to run them, and totally format your hard drive, those discs should do everything for you. Without knowing any specifics about the computer, I can't help you from there. The Norton disc isn't going to do anything that's going to help you. What you can do is call your personal manufacturer and ask them for another set of recovery discs, and explain the problem to them, they should be able to furnish you with another set, of course you'll pay for them, I'm sure, or they may even have all the data on the internet, if so just go to someone else's personal and download it, then bring it back, other than that I'm sorry to say the key to fixing this problem lies in getting those discs.

Answer:
if it is not a laptop and it makes a beeping noise it is that probably some of the cables inside is not connected correctly
