OK, I need to restore my laptop to factory defaults?

OK, I need to restore my laptop to factory defaults as i would like to lose EVERYTHING except the OS.
I have a Toshiba Satellite A300D running Vista Home Premium.
Please help, It will be greatly appreciated.

Hi hamish
if you look on the Toshiba web site it will tell you which keys to press for your model to do a recovery, this will reformat the drive and from the hidden partition it will reload the software.
simple really.
