is there a program 2 help you or something, if ppl use programs 2 create virus' then any recommendations on he programs 2 download.. and how can you control the virus.. if i could create one wouldnt it affect my Personal computer? help plz

Well, you would have to know a programming language well enough to make a virus. Then at that point you would already have a compiler (program to write and test code) and you would have to write it. As far as actually writing a virus, I don't know, I'm not that far along in programming…
