I've just got my new laptop, and i'm kinda using it very much (average 5 - 6 hours a day), while a friend of mine told me that i'm overusing it, so some parts of the hardware might melt because of the over heat, then he recommended me to use an adapter fans, but even if i'm using them I must not use it that much.

Well i'm not using the laptop at high temperature or in dust, and i'm using it in hardsurfaces , so does that effect the laptop as he said?

and should I use an adapter fans?

And what the avarage usage must be?

Answer:
You are not overusing your laptop, but 6 hours is a bit more than what most of us use it for. I only use it for 2 hours per day at max. Most laptops are designed to handle such tasks and to prevent overheating. You’re okay, but I would spend a few extra dollars to get a cooling pad for it, to cool it down more easily.

Answer:
The main function of the computer is to be used and there is no danger of you overusing your laptop and even if it does break it's new so you got a warranty.

P.s If your overclocking (you will know if you do it) don't use your computer that much or you could melt the components.

Answer:
Don't worry about it, I used my laptop as my primary machine at work and then some more at home. So, I am guessing I use it about 10-12 hours a day. And it is still doing fine. You are good go to go. Just remember to clean the clean once in a while and power cycle it because Windows tend to freeze up.

Good luck.

You’re fine, don't listen to your friend.
