i have my laptop Toshiba Dynabook Satellite and an INTEL CELERON 1200mhz processor.. can i change my processor to intel celeron dual core?? if yes what are the steps to do it?

Your are using a laptop. Here you can change the processor. You will have to go for a new laptop. No one can change the processor or motherboard. You can only upgrade the RAM. nothing apart from that.
