I want to purchase a laptop with best Intel processor. Give me some information about processor and Laptop. If some body give me any hints about best laptop for software development in for Microsoft Technology. I want a best configuration laptop withing 50k to 55k, from DELL or Thoshiba

I like bellow processor.

I'm not sure about SW development specifically, but the ideal Intel processors overall (for both notebooks or desktops) is not an Intel Core 2. The ideal overall Intel processor available now is the Intel Core i7 (920XM is the ideal available for laptops and 975 is the best available for desktops).

Anyway, from your list, #1 would easily be the ideal. #2 would be the second ideal because it is also quad core, then #3, and finally #4. They're all pretty decent processors.

The fact that your budget is 50k to 55k means you’re probably using Indian rupies. I'm not sure how much laptops are selling there, but you can get an Intel Core i7 laptop in US for under $1200 which is about 55,000 Indian rupies. Intel Core 2 Quad tend to be in more expensive laptop configurations here.
