So I just recovered my first laptop which is a Dell inspiron 1100.
I got this laptop in 2004 way before I knew what computers were capable of.
So I'm wondering should I spend money and add more
RAM/memory/microsoft office 7/etc.?
Or should I just get a new computer?
So, for more detail, when I first got my first laptop
I was just using it for world wide web connection and school work.
But now, in addition, I want windows vista and
I use microsoft office 7 and adobe suite (Photoshop, flash, etc.)
What I really want to know is it possible for my
Dell Inspiron 1100 to be upgraded and run all that?
Or would it be ideal just to get a whole new system?
Keep in mind, I want windows vista, windows media player 11,
microsoft office 7, explorer 8, adobe suite, manga studio,
and run two computer games Fable, worldofwarcraft, and mcafee.
If you would recommend a great personal that can handle that.
Much Much MUCH Thanks~!
Usually all that can be changed are the RAM, Hard drives and maybe optical drives. The CPU and video card are usually soldered to the motherboard.
If you plan to upgrade, a desktop is superior.
These laptops comes with awesome condition as well as with great newly added features.
