I'm looking to replace my Sony Vaio VGN-NR120E laptop battery which doesn't last longer than 30 minutes on a full charge.
I was looking at two battery types I saw on the web.
The 1st listed the following information:
Capacity: 4800 mAh
Voltage:11.1V
Battery Type: Li-ion
The 2nd listed this:
Capacity: 7200 mAh
Voltage:11.1V
Battery Type: Li-ion
What is the difference? Which is superior? Which will last longer? Do you’ve any recommendations other than these two?
My current battery is Capacity: 4800mAH, Voltage: 11.1V, Battery Type: Li-ion and it lasted about 3 years. It came with my personal.
Answer: Batteries have two main ratings on them: Volts and Amperes. Because laptop batteries don’t carry a very massive amount of power, most companies show their ratings with Volts and Milliamperes. One thousand Milliamperes equals 1 Ampere. When buying a battery, always go for the battery with the most Milliamperes (or mAh). Batteries are also rated by Watt-Hours, which equals Volts multiplying Amperes.
Take your two battery types for example.
1st: 11.1 volts X 4.8 amperes = 53.28 watt-hours
2nd: 11.1 volts X 7.2 amperes = 79.92 watt-hours
The term Watt Hour signifies the energy needed to power one watt for one hour. And the 2nd battery would last longer while using your laptop. And it depends on your stipulation and budget.
The followings are for your reference. The second one costs more and holds more amperes too.

$135.99 10.8/11.1V 5200mAh w/ Sony Warranty
Answer: Your guide should be the mAh rating. The second battery is longer lasting for a single charge. So let's state your laptop needs 2400mA to run. The first battery will last for 2 hours while the 2nd battery will last for 3 hours assuming that both are new and fully charged.
Answer: the second one it will lat longer but it is heavier and more costly but you might want to look at a new laptop because you may end up with hard drive failure soon or some other failure computers tend to fail 3-4 years most often
Answer: hi i think the HP will be ideal for you.
Answer: the second one.
Answer: my friends already told me last month..dell is superior one..
