I’ve looked up this and have read press shift five times hold both shifts down at once ect it don't turn off i have also tried turning it off in settings but it doesn't seem to work- any suggestions?

Go to the control panel, and if you're on the categories view, click the Accessibility Options icon, then down where it states Or Pick A Control Panel Icon, select the Accessibility Options icon and it should launch a tiny window with a few tabs running across the top that state Keyboard, Sound, Display, Mouse, General. Usually it will open up to the Keyboard tab, and there, the first option will be turn Sticky Keys on, and since yours is already on, all you’ve to do is uncheck the little box.

I thought you just needed to hold down one of your shift keys for 5-10 seconds…this should bring up a box that gives you the option to turn off sticky keys…?
