So here's the story. Me and my friend are massive gamers and he has a better graphic card and could switch it over time because he invested in a desktop. I have a laptop sorta new [Bought march 2009]. Today [Feb 2nd] i found an article that says i can add memory to my graphic card. This was the real problem each time i ran a system scan via a website it would tell me I'm missing 98mbs of memory for the card to run the game. So i inform him and he reply's to me that it wont matter as theres something to do with bandwidth problems i kinda didn't catch it all so i have no idea as to what to do. So i need a real personal person to tell me the facts: Can i? Whats this bandwidth problem he talks of? If i can't is there another way like i heard some laptops have ports for cards and i don't know where to look to see if mines can. Thank you for your time and your answers.

Answer:
It basically means your laptop does not have the abilities to run that game. Some laptops can be upgraded to have a superior video card with more memory installed but generally most cant be changed. Speak to the makers of your laptop to see if this can be done with your model.
Sometimes with shared video card you can change the amount of ram that you video card borrows from the the system ram, these settings are in the BIOS.

Answer:
Most probably not, not many can..however, you can purchase a external graphic card which you'll need to plug into your USB port, but it'll give u the graphics you need..
