depends on what you mean, if u mean can u buy a webcam and mount it on the lcd like a lot of the newer laptops have then the answer is most likely a no, without buying a new monitor that is. but u can surely go to walmart or radioshack or bestbuy and pick up a usb webcam and attach it to your laptop that way and it will work flawlessly
