Answer: I assume you have a laptop, looking at the Mobile-components?
Usually laptops have weak graphic cards, this is the component which 'renders' every single frame in a game. I think the graphics card should be replaced (if possible), because both the RAM and the CPU are fine.
Answer: You mention as an operating system “Windows Enterprise”, but this does not exist. I assume that you mean the Enterprise Edition of either Windows Vista or Windows 7. As it is a laptop, you can only add more memory, you cannot change the graphics card, which will be the main bottleneck. The video memory is shared most likely, so adding more RAM can improve the performance a tiny. If you want to be able to play the latest games, you will however need to purchase a new laptop, with a better graphics card.
Answer: I would either build/buy a dedicated gaming Personal computer, which is easy to upgrade when the next supergame you must play comes out, or purchase a top of the line laptop that is geared towards gaming. Downside is this you can't upgrade as easy without buying a whole new system.
Building one from scratch is the cheapest way, plus you get to learn how your personal works, and you’ll take pride in the creation you built. Plus like I said before, you can upgrade with ease, and add new hardware whenever you feel care about it. It is one of the ideal things about PCs
Answer: sounds like a laptop. it's trash. the key to playing games is having a good graphics card mainly. but a good cpu and lots of ram don't hurt either.
i currently use a gateway p 6860fx laptop. not the ideal but plays each game i throw at it. even modern warfare 2 at medium to high settings.
Answer: Your video card is extremely weak for gaming. And unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the video card on a laptop. The only solution would be to buy a new computer that's designed for gaming.
Answer: You need to get superior performance graphic card with aleast 512mb of memory, cause certain games require you to have a graphic card with certain amount of memory.
Answer: desktops are made for gaming
