I bought my laptop in the summer of '08 and just when i get it.
problems had occurred like bluescreen and i have been taking it to the place i bought for 3 or 4 times and because they cant seem to fix the problem so i called sony corporation and they fixed it twice. Just when i get it back, blue screen comes on and i am sick and fatigued of fixing my laptop.. i can never use it in peace. can i return it for a money back? or is it too late? cause that would suck. :(

If it's still under warranty and it was not you who caused this problem by getting a virus or spilling a cup of non-fat, sugar free latte, Sony must fix or replace it. Call them and ask to talk to a customer service manager. Politely explain the situation and… hope for the best.

You won't be able to return it to the store as most have only a 30 day warranty. The only thing you can do is contact sony and see what they can do for you.

I’ve a sony laptop! They’re pretty retarded when starting up.But i never had a blue screen. I guess you can return it aslong as you’ve your receipt! :)
