I’ve been leaving my laptop on day and night for 4 days running now… I havent shut it down at all…. Is that bad

Answer:
don't think it's a good idea for laptop since it generates much more heat than desktop (due to lots of components being packed into a small space and it's heating solution is not as good).

Plus most likely you're running Windows on your laptop, its not too good with stability, sooner or later it would crash. I think it's superior to close it down (or at least put it to sleep) to ensure the laptop's health in general. (not really related but you'd save some bucks on electricity bill too)

Answer:
so long as it is ventilated properly it will be fine. If not the personal will overheat. Also do not leave the charger plugged in 24-7 with the battery on because the battery will get damaged and will loose how much charge it can hold. Try hibernating it, I do it all the time, on my laptop all you do is close the screen and I unplug it, then next time I want to use it I simply open it and press any key and if it needs charge I plug it in. I restart my Personal computer about once a week, maybe longer.

Answer:
Well, I would say yes because after about two days of leaving mine running it starts to act funny and shutting it down then turning it back on repairs the problems but I assume it would be ok as long as it doesn't overheat.

Answer:
