ok my sis in law bought one but knows nothing on computers, im no genius, but i can do the norton security scans and fix the problems its as simple as clicking on fix, but she leaves it and every time i do repairs it takes ages. yesterday i spent an hour waiting for norton to mend it. but now its crashed and its saying “BOOTMGR is missing”. i know i did nothing wrong but i feel terrible as i was last wit it. can i fix this witout rebooting it
